subtle delirious dream

disillusioned. the attempt to sink deeper in the realm of social-reality. time becomes nothing more that a standard to which events are recorded; kept in order. chaos and absurdity and obsession are all the protagonist. all the hero. their monologues seem important, but the loud rant of one or another is deafening. all the voices talking at once — same intensity, same direction. finding solace in some primordial ooze, a self-prescribed remedy for such dismemberment. gentile are the pulses that force recognition, made aware only from the differences from every other passing moment.

What is social reality if not a made up illusion geared to affect the masses. Time is the only constant and yet it is only a mirage, for it is relentless and ever fleeting. You gauge your life by it and what does it mean? This time, that time, yesterday’s time, tomorrow’s time - what does it mean? It really means nothing unless you place a meaning to it, a meaning that has only meaning to you and really no one else. It is all an illusion.
The whole world is, has been and will continue to be in chaos and an illusion for those that cause it for as long as we are here.

Monologues are just that - mono - logues or single thoughts, ideas or rantings that mean really a great deal, but only to the one doing the ranting. So what is it all about? Does anyone know?

It is what it is only to whom it is something, and to no one else. What is, is, only to you, if you want it to be.

i understand time being simply an illusion, and meaning really being about self-determination. i stated that monologues may seem unimportant. the time i think they are important are when they are directed FOR others, rather than AT others. social change is something that we will have to deal with for the rest of our lives. i don’t know if anything will ever change so long as “certain people” are in power, but there are important people speaking that we need to listen to. it is a matter of knowing the difference. a true speech that can affect change, thought, or at the very least, direction, is something worth listening to.

i also think that it is important to understand that we are not alone in this. there are people who teach. they are not only to themselves, they must be for many others too — not necessarily to repeat ideologies, but again, to affect thought. i feel the same about art. what better to comment on social, political and existential ideals other that the arts, imagine if all art was done only for the artist… we would all be living in a refugee camp in some ego-maniacs mind.
